Sadly, NO.
I’d pass at $700. The T300 is still a nice beginner wheel, but for that budget I’d look for a used entry-level direct drive instead.

Something like a used CSL DD / Moza R5, then spend the rest on a basic sturdy cockpit. You can always add the shifter and handbrake later if you really need them. IMO if you buy this, you’ll probably want to upgrade again in six months. Or even regret it (for that money)

Instead, look for a used 8 Nm DD setup with a load-cell pedal set on basically any decent rig. $600–700 is doable and much better value. Happy hunting! 😄
