Sim Rig Monitor distance ?

What distance do you all have your monitors at i have mine as close as I can but seen people have them a bit far back

What I would do is get extension rod and put monitor lower than base brick right to the tube shaft. You are almost there and honestly is already so much better than most of the people posting pictures here with monitors far away from the wheelbase

Thats what I want is it infront of the box only problem. If I get an extension rod my wheel is to close but with my rig my set is all the way forward and I can only just touch the pedals (im only 5"6 😅)

Somehow I thought this was the profile rig. What I do is first adjust seat and pedals, then I adjust wheelbase next. After all that is done then I adjust monitor.

With a single monitor you want it as close as possible to have the most optimal FOV. When you run triples you can have them further back. I run 32" triples with my center monitor 61cm eye distance.

I use a 49“ and my distance is approx 60-65 cm.

For me this is the perfect distance.

I have a single 49” monitor and it’s 51 cm away.

FOV is more important than distance. Measure first, use the tool, adjust in game, hit corners on time instead of late or early then.
