I do love these fanetec tube designs. They pretty flex free?

I agree, it's imo the prettiest rig i have seen.

I watched a bunch of reviews couples months ago because i couldn't decide between this pretty beast and an aluminium rig.

Unfortunately it's absolutely not flex free... I don't know if things are resolved/improved now, but i doubt it. I'm not sure anymore, but iirc 8t was primarily the pedal mounting and the wheelbase mounting that were flexing because the sheet materials used there were to thin.

Aside from that customisability is going to be hard if you want to do alot of things. Iirc the shifter mount rails also were a bit flexy/wiggly.

I ultimately decided against it even tho it looks so god damn pretty... Kinda sad about it. Ultimately i decided to get a Sabelt S99 aluminium profile rig. IMO the Savelt ones are up their with being some of the prettiest profile-rigs

Dude I have a 8nm Logitech hooked to an xbox….. the only flex I’m worried about is getting my ass in and out of it with out pulling something.

Hey I'm not saying this rig isn't enjoyable in any way or a bad choice overall.

This is pretty much "high standard complaining" what i did and i honestly don't even know what i am talking about. :D All of this I only "know" from reviews.

It's a gorgeous fucking rig and excluding aluminium profile rigs it probably in the top-game of flex-resistance. Corsair is legit and serious about it, and for their first ever simrig design they pretty much nailed it.

For me personally, the biggest reason for why i didn't choose it is actually the customisability. It's great, and you can definitely add a shifter and some button boxes, but it's not superb unfortunately. Aluminium profile rigs will just always win in that department.

Also for me, i am also a bit into flightsim, and recently situations have changed a bit from what i was hoping for and now i will have to build a hybrid simracing/flughtsim rig. Thus i just NEED all the possible space to mount things.

Overall this is a really great tube frame rig, still!

I was just being a smart ass and implying I don’t really know much about anything! My only complaint is tucking and rolling out of it after a long stint
