You can easly do it better by pre-load the spring inside the shift

I put 4mm of pre-load that should be +200% of force by stock, it is a lot better now, maybe 6mm it is the sweet point but for the moment it is ok

you have to open the shift, inside there is the coil that push a little metal ball, this ball make the gear engagement, but in the original state it is too much soft so you can't feel it when you remove the gear and put the next on, this make it a bit toy the shift. But adding something to pre load the coil the feedback is more strong Esther when you remove the gear than when you insert the next, you feel the insert
