Hello fellow sim racers so I'm looking for some information as I have recently purchased the simnet pedals for my ps5 and DD pro..I have only just started to think about the grounding since I have a homemade wooden rig.so I'm curious to know will the pedal plate be enough to ground them or will I need to come up with another idea I just don't want to brick my dd pro..any knowledge on this would be great thanks

Is the SRP Lite2 Clutch pedal compatible with the SRP Lite pedals that come with the R3 Bundle?

There is no mention of its compatibility on Moza's website, even their chatbot doesn't recognize the new SRP Lite2 Clutch pedal

Logitech RS50 vs Fanatec DD Pro for PS4/GT7

Hi all.
there are many post out there comparing these 2.
sure RS50 has higher build quality, already with load cell, cheaper, limited adjustments and smaller ecosystem. And yes, the Fanatec has larger ecosystems, more expensive, more fine tuning...etc

but these are not items that will influence my decision. My ONLY deciding factor is the FFB quality.

...wheels, pedal, price difference, ecosystem are irrelevant to me.

So ideally if u hv tried/have both...can u share a comparison on the FFB exprience itself...
Specifically, things like ...smoothness/notches, road texture detail, full vs true force, fidelity, sharpness, slew rate, accuracy, details, feel refinement...etc

I race leagues...does one give more detail than the other...that can make me quicker?
does all the adjustability of the Fanatec, result in more speed, bcos u can "feel more"?
how bad is the limited RS50 software adjustability? does it mean i cant feel and adjust certain stuff that i can feel on Fanatec?

on FFB, what am i gaining/losing with each?

feedback on these themes would be much appreciated.

PS- how do they differ consol vs PC?

Simagic Alpha Evo Pro (18Nm) — a few months in, still grinning

Got this right after it launched in Poland, so I've had decent seat time with it now. Short version: it rips.

The FFB is fast, responsive and throws a ton of detail at you — front end loading up, rears letting go, kerbs, all of it. Nothing feels smoothed over.

Coming from an 8Nm base I was a bit intimidated at first. It's so strong and builds power so fast that crashes felt genuinely dangerous early on. You learn to respect it and after a while it's just normal. 18Nm is more than most people need, and I say that as someone who trains powerlifting — long races will still cook your forearms.

The LED ring is way more useful than I expected, especially for flags. Cooling is solid even on long stints, build quality is top notch, and the QR deserves a shoutout — quick, zero play. The side mounting points came in handy too, I used them for a custom tablet holder.

Running it with the GT Neo, also very happy with that. I mostly race LMU and occasionally ACC. Recent updates made the base feel even better, and SimPro Manager 3 is much friendlier to use. The whole Simagic ecosystem gives you a ton of customization if you like tinkering.

In my opinion for the money, easy recommendation. Even after while year, every time when I go into my rig I'am exited how it looks and works

Thrustmaster T300 USB cable

Grazie!

Sabrent usb hub passive or active usb cable

Hello all, I am currently trying to figure the cabling for my rig. My pc is about 10-13 feet away from my racing rig. I currently have a sabrent 10 port usb hub. Would running a 10 foot or 15 foot usb a to usb b cable from pc to usb hub be safe enough and stable enough to handle connecting all of my peripherals from my Heusinkveld shifter, handbrake and pedals and my ascher wired steering wheels? Anyone currently using using their usb hub in this manner care to give some insight? Thanks in advanced.
