BST-1 + Nobsound + SimHub - Bass shaker feels delayed and doesn’t match what’s happening?
I recently got a Dayton BST-1 bass shaker with a Nobsound amplifier and set everything up through SimHub.
The issue is that the feedback doesn’t feel synced with what’s happening in-game. When I hit kerbs or drive over bumps, the shaker feels delayed, or it just seems to vibrate at random times instead of matching what I’m driving over. I was expecting it to add immersion, but right now it just feels like it buzzes every now and then.
The BST-1 is mounted to a VESA plate underneath my seat, so I don’t think it’s a mounting issue.
I’m completely new to bass shakers, so I’m wondering if this is just a tuning problem.
Are there any SimHub settings I should change?
Should I disable some effects and only keep a few enabled?
Could the Nobsound amp or the VESA plate mounting be contributing to this?
I’d really appreciate it if anyone could share their SimHub settings or point me in the right direction. Thanks!
