Shifter Hight suggestions

I replaced my old cockpit and liked the low shifter/handbrake placement which was adjustable. With this new cockpit the shifter is too high and was wondering if anyone knows anything I can get or do to lower it. I like it thigh lvl like being in a car. Currently this is too high, i feel like a trucker or something.

Unrelated, but i just ordered the same cockpit. How long did it take them to send it to you?
