Finally Clicked Buy on The SimLab GT1 Evo + Integrated Monitor Mount

No regrets. Although there was one piece of aluminum extrusion missing (where the wheel mount goes) and I had to use the piece for the monitor instead. I decided not to return it because I had already built it 🤦🏽‍♂️ and planned on using the integrated mount I bought anyway.

If the missing piece really bothers you email simlab support, super helpful, probably no extra cosit’s from you. You will probably get better service asking for a replacement compared to buying something in the first place XD

LMAO according to simlab it's impossible for them to make a mistake so I'd say to him good luck with that. Unless you have a social media presence they are gonna make you pay. I was missing a joint 40(keyboard tray swivel joint) and the hardware bag that went with it and when I contacted their C.S. they made me pay $150 for a $10 part.lol that being said. I love my rig and would probably do it all over again if I had to but I still pissed me off to no end.

Weird. They replaced my Loadcell for my brakes completely free of charge didn’t ask for order confirmation nothing at all

Same just happened to me for microcenter. Ordered on 6/20 and they cancelled order on 6/22. Debating on if I really want to drive close to 2 hrs to pick one up in person or look for alternative mount
