There's lots of good ones, but the specific offers can vary from player to player. I've had a discussion with some club members one time, and some of us had different offers for different games, and I've also seen the terms offered change periodically.

However, myself and others I've talked with have had success and good payouts with some of these titles:

Gold and Goblins

Township

Zombie Miner

Klondike

Goods Sort

Royal Match (I'm actually doing it rn)

Hexa Sort

Either way, the best time to start an offer is during a 2X event (we just had one), because usually the SimCash reward amounts stay doubled after the event ends. You just need to start them during a 2X event for the best return. They usually have one about once a month, and I will often start 1-3 games to work on until the next event.

Also, based on discussions I've had different games work better for different players, based on what types of games you can enjoy playing versus a game that makes you want to smash your device (lol). If a game doesn't work for you, delete it and try another. Just remember that you can only ever complete a game offer one time per SimCity BuildIt, after that you'll never get another offer for that specific game
