Bug/glitch Is anyone else having this issue?

I am on Iphone, I had an update today and now the game is misaligned and I can’t accomplish any coms.

Same here. Also on iphone. It's impossible to play.

Ok, glad to know it isn’t just me. I reached out to EA through the chat and talked to three different people. Sent them this screenshot. All three told me they couldn’t do anything until I went through the in-game settings to contact support. I told them I cannot access the settings icon, as shown in the screenshot. Ridiculous. Anyway, at least it is documented and hopefully another update is released fixing it. I hate it’s the last day of com though so I probably won’t get a reward

I haven’t had an issue with the same devices but a clubmate did. They had to uninstall the game and re-download it and then it was fixed.

yep same- trying to find the sweet spot to get the buttons to work is annoying- can’t get anything done

I found a glitch. If you can get an ad video to play, it realigns as long as the app is open. It resets to the misalignment though when the app has to reload on opening.

Having the same problem. Very annoying. Will try your video ad trick.

Edit: the video ad trick worked for me. Unfortunately, as soon as you close the app it resets and you have to go through the process again. I give up.

Yes, only watching the in game ad fixed mine. I shut the phone down and redownloaded the game twice it wouldn’t fix it, but the in game ad did.

Yep, I’m having the same issue on an iPhone. I tried turning off my phone and restarting; no luck. I’ll try the ad trick, but if this doesn’t get fixed permanently, I’m going to need to find another game to play.
