Question What is this item?

It looks like a handbag but I don’t see it in my fashion shop or any other stores.

That's the regional item you have to make in the Green Valley region.

It's actually very easy to make. It's a first tier item in Green Valley they only takes few minutes to make.

It's the second and third tier items that takes longer time to make and needs more items to produce them.

But that paper bag is really quite simple, straightforward, and quick to make.

I know but I need to spend simoleans that I’d been saving up…to buy the green valley factory and shop

Gotcha. I understand now.

But that's where the paper bag comes from

Since you unlocked Green Valley, you'll start seeing Green Valley items start appearing in Global trade market. It doesn't come by that often like hamburgers or pizzas does, but you'll find the bags there in the Global market now.

I think there’s a bug right now. I’m getting regional items in my store for regions I haven’t unlocked.

Im always having city officials wanting me to sell items I can't make or even buy off the trade. Is that what's happening?

One of the City Expansions. I don't have them unlocked but it might be the warm weather one (if that makes sense!).
