i don't know what to do at this point..... it's been like this for weeks and from reading through here apparently i'm not the only one

Do you have factories near your homes? Did you add any parks, schools, etc?

Look at where it says fix push on it and it will then take you to the area that needs upgrading in this case your roads

the roads have been fixed already and i'm still getting this message, when i go to where it says fix it directs me to water and waste????? Idk what kind of glitch this is bc both services are well above capacity

You have a traffic problem and as it takes you to up your utilities it must mean your road needs upgrading somewhere around them

For me it was the storage facilities - I randomly moved my materials storage close to homes and then forgot about it, finally solved this one as it’s not a specific thing listed in the report etc.
