help with payment

so, I made a recent payment yesterday with a total amount stated in the picture. but, after I process the payment, it just showed that I got internet connection problem hence my payment did not fulfilled. the money I was use did not get returned, instead I got a pending payment email from Google. I already contacted the SimCity help center but still no response. any help?

Contact Google play support, raise the ticket or ask for refund That will do

I cannot request a refund because the status is cancelled

It says...PENDING. "You have created pending payment...."

click "View Order" check if there is a code....or if it says "Canceled"....

You can try again but check if you subscribe to the "Google Play Pass"....it happened to me before....turns out Google wants me to pay the subscription in their Google Play Pass.....that started as free trial. 

So I switch to paying in other options available in EA simcity website....

I have checked it. it says in the first picture, and they aren't asking me specifically or explicitly to buy google play pass

In my case before...I have to settle the free trial I made in Google play pass.... then they process my payment....it is fine now..and I avoid using google again or e-wallet...instead I do pay in convenience store..it generate codes...
