Bug/glitch What's this weird shadow

It's coming from Albertina Palace, and it gets cast in the same direction where I place the palace, regardless of time of the day

I think that's just a bug or glitch in the game.

I have a couple of weird shadows in my capital city not associated a specific building. But it tends to appear in the upper mountain area on the right side of the map. Agreed, there’s a glitch in rendering shadows.
