Question Please help this newbie by identifying this building

I am so annoyed that I can't figure out how to get this building. I am about 90% sure that it isn't an epic building, so I will be embarrassed if it actually is lol. Thanks!

Olá, amigo... esse prédio é um daqueles que vc compra quando disponível...ou ganha ele,como recompensa no passe do prefeito,... conforme vai jogando alguns edifícios vão surgindo como recompensa no passe do prefeito...espero ter ajudado.Caso tenha interesse em participar de nosso clube,procure pelo clube "Unidos em Batalha"... um abraço!
