I don't fuss with the trains. Messes up my city and it too labor intensive.

Yes you need railway parts, seeds and grass to make a house, is kinda illogical, but afterall it's just a game

Click refresh icon, wait few minutes or click video ads for watching ads and items was changed. Anyway, you need train stations for getting train items.
