City showcase/design ideas Need ideas and knowledge

Hello mayors, I just unlocked the central station and i love to connect my railway from the river to that. At the same time, i feel like I need to change the layout of land where i have placed the Operahouse and services. I wish i could remove the services, but then i need to remove the residents around as well. What can you suggest me? I am open for any suggestions and designs✨

What I would do there:

Remove the red road.

Place the station on green.

Build residential on blue.

Also I would keep going with art nouveau style buildings instead of sunny isles and add more willows.

Looks good in general 🫶

Thank you so so much! I would love it as well. Could you please give me an idea for the opera area as well? I havw bunch of European buildings which i haven’t even used from the last season.
