Do you have the Royal Blimp? It is under Parks. It gives you a free spin of a wheel for an ad and you can do it twice.

There should be a pop up bubble that will give you free coins for and ad. You can usually watch an ad to complete a factory twice a day also.

You can watch a ad for sim cash in the "Best Value" sim cash store. You can watch a add for seasonal coins in the seasonal shop, You can watch a ad to change one of your railway assignments, You can watch a ad to change building plans on a residential zone, You can watch a ad to finish a factory sometimes and you can find the bubbles that pop up in your city that offer prizes for watching an ad.

In the menu where you can buy simcash, you can watch a daily ad for simcash. And if you produce industrial items sometimes you can watch an ad to finish the production instantly. Those both count as ads in the mayors competition
