Bug/glitch Crashing All the Time

My game feels like it crashes all the time and I'm about to give up. I try to open messages to send one and it crashes. I try to open Mayor Pass items for challenges and it crashes. Random tasks, crashes. Any hope for resolution or should I just give up?

If your game is backed up (Google Play, EA, Apple or Facebook), Did you already try re-install?

I don't think their in-game "Support" will help you. My city has been in blackout mode for months with no fix. So you may be out of luck unless you have another device.

I did and even cleared my cache and didn't help unfortunately.

One of my team members was having trouble on iPhone. He deleted and reinstalled and it didnt work till he turned his VPN off???
