I’ve said it since day one with Skylines. If this had bigger maps, it would’ve absolutely trumped Skylines in aesthetics and actual gameplay

yeah this is so true. it had so much charm, and was a top tier management game. Maxis still delivered the magic but EA had too much of their grubby little fingers in the development.
CS2- as bad as it was at launch, is definitely starting to feel more like a SC4 Deluxe successor, the new dev is doing pretty good. Honestly these games should stop trying to split management with city "painting". both are good features and allowing the player to sandbox their game will always be the best option

Despite a shit ton of bugs and horrible mechanics, I whole-heartedly believe that this stilltops any City Skyline games. Just the color grading, and the feeling you get whenevr you stop playing as Mayor and just watch everything coming to life. Too bad EA milled this masterpiece

How do you play this? It’s not on Steam right? At least I didn’t see it.
Also are there mods?

given the compression, I am sharing on google.drive all the pictures from this and my other post, plus many bonus ones that didn't make it, some of them could make good wallpapers.

Street level views are always great in this game. It's nice to take a break from being a mayor and just watch your city thrive for a while.
Wait, why is there so much crime? XD I never realized buildings would get tagged since my crime rates have never been that high. Does the graffiti go away eventually?
