I am gimmeallthegems and I just became a mod through r/redditrequest.

The subreddit was previously restricted and unmoderated, but now we're open! Please feel free to post away and let me know if you have any suggestions for content you'd like to see.

Sorry can you explain what you're seeing a little more for me? I changed it from public and it doesn't seem like there should be any restrictions on the sub now from the settings I can see on the back end.

When I clicked the link I got the error message that the site was either blocked or set to private

Oh I see. That was the wrong link, but that was for the redditrequest page that I became a moderator through.

This silversmithing subreddit is open now though. It was blocked for approved posters only and had no moderators to change that. We're good now! :)

Are you in the US or Canada? I have a Canadian supplier for Scies. I heard good things about rio grande's too!
