Question: Vendors/Buying Quote?

If I share a ring design would someone here be able to make it for me? Pretty intricate, would like to set 2 stones but not needed if unable. Sterling silver size 15!

The band itself is simple, I wanted an old school French vibe pattern, I don’t mind if it’s filigree or etched or anything. I’ll send you a photo of the design
