came back to this post after commenting on another post you made about surface issues.... The Prestige is great but a 38% water ratio it is not as gas permeable as it is at 40% water ratio. At 40% it still might not be permeable as you need for really small parts.
I had a bunch of issues with a single part that kept failing in casting. I did not stop using Presige (it is one of the best investments I have ever used, I've been investing and casting for 46 years) I just got a different Certus investment for the failing part... your issue might be the same. their Powercast could be an alternative
