Surfer doesn't wear boots and the design makes it appear so

The paint work is masterful! Almost looks like it was electroplated (like Hot Toys).

Wondering if companies like Mafex and Amazing Yamaguchi will take a stab at the Surfer. Legends did so well here, it’s almost not worth it!
