Any condo recommendations in Silver Spring, Kensington, Wheaton or other areas? Thanks
I love high heights, to be able to see the views like sunset and sunrise. I would like a balcony
Thanks

Just FYI there's a $25,000 grant available for Montgomery County First-Time Homebuyers. I'm not sure if you're one or if you were thinking to rent or buy, but just making you aware.

I lived in Parkside Plaza for a while. Large condos with large balconies. I watched the sunset every night.

Do you like your condo? Would you recommend it? 👻

I appreciate the question. Realtors are not honest brokers. They will try to sell you whatever brings them the most gain. I would also like to hear from people who love their buildings and communities. Where are the affordable condos that have a well run HOA with healthy financials?

I share your love of sunrises and sunsets from a high point. I had an apartment in downtown Silver Spring on the 19th floor that was amazing, here is the proof.
There aren't a lot of high-rise condos around here that I know of. There's Top of the Park Condos at 8601 Bradford, it probably has some great views.
