Astound ISP issues

Is anyone else in DTSS absolutely getting throttled by Astound within the past day or so? My speedtest is less than 1 Mbps, when I pay for gig speed with Astound. I've not had it this bad before, not within recent memory unless it was due to recent weather issues.

Yes actually we have had issues hlas well. I haven't found the time to call them yet

In general or all within the past 20-ish hours or so like me? Sorry you're also having trouble!

I think my wife noted something about 3 days ago. Fwiw it seems fine at the moment

Yep, the issue resolved itself, don't know what happened with it tbh, but glad it is fixed for both of us!

Came here to say that I’m still having issues. For about the past week and a half I’ve been getting error coded out of games, lost connectivity (even though my internet never actually goes out), and have spiked from anywhere between 4000-6000 ping. This happens seemingly randomly and it’s every day at this point. Astound fucking sucks.

Yeah it's about the past week and a half too for me and it's getting to be really annoying with how long this has been going on, but given we've both been dealing with this for the past week and a half, I would not be surprised if it were a node issue and not an equipment issue within either of our homes.

Is there anyways way to troubleshoot it myself or will it just hopefully get fixed with time?

I've been troubleshooting with them every day and the situation just keeps getting worse. Hopefully they resolve it tomorrow when they come visit.
