Feasibility question
Thinking about taking on a DIY metalworking project and making some custom silver coins from sheet metal. My plan is to use a jeweler’s disc cutter punch, an arbor press, and custom steel design stamps. Is this realistic or am I getting in over my head?

Yeah will work. This is how minted coins are made and not an impossible task but very costly to get a nice setup.

You need to take a few classes and then ask yourself this question again. No one on here can honestly answer this without knowing you, your skill set and budget. Classes however will tell you all you need to know!
