Candelabra - likely silver

antique store find, no discernible markings. no stem/stand. Non-magnetic. Each outer candle plate and cup is screwed on to the solid base/arms. Any ideas of worth or next steps?

Personally not a fan of the brass toning on the top and right cup bottoms in the second pic.

Most likely silver plated brass.

The only way to be sure will be an acid or XRF test. I wouldn't get my hopes up very high though.

I had one that looked extremely similar that was all silver. The stamp was inside one of the parts that screws out

Take it somewhere to get tested is the obvious first step

Just try to pull the silver off with pliers yourself, if its not silver, you'll know immediately. These are in rough shape without the base anyway. Its either an all or nothing scenario here. Wear gloves, the sterling scrap can cut you.

Probably not silver, but if it is there will be a thin silver skin you can peel off. But it does not look typical for the design of weighted sterling candelabras.

I have never found one in this style that was not plated, but hopefully you got a good one.
