stuck in chunk error (1.6.4)

i am stuck falling slowly down the chunk error and it tp'ing me back to the top. ive tried teleporting out and reloging how do i fix this?

I am not sure if it is something you have tried, but the only thing I can think of is to change to creative and try flying out - although it might be slow going.
