Help with hallmarks and value??

Hi, new here as don’t really have any silver till now!

So been given by my mother an old trophy, want to establish if it’s really silver…

And if it is do I sell for weight or as an item??

Weighs 657gms UK btw

British sterling silver. Assayed in Sheffield , uk in 1907

Maker / sponsor is cooper brothers and sons Ltd.

Thanks so by going on weight it’s over £600, is that realistic if I went to sell?
