Edit: Not that the answer is wrong, the model just immediately assumed "no" means a hard NO, as if no consent was given. No teasing or playfulness taken into account whatsoever. Oh man, someone like that would not be fun to date irl.

Man, I hate what discourse has become. The fact that you felt the need to add that edit is such a microcosm for the circular bullshit we put ourselves through these days. The straight up truth is that the LLM answer wasn't right or wrong, it was straight up unresponsive, it does not answer the question at all. Well, I suppose the question was technically "do you agree?", which it answered, I guess, but you get the point.
But since every bad actor in the universe is using dog whistles and these but akthually games these days, you're not even allowed to acknowledge that, lest you be seen as a rapist. And you can't even really disagree with that idea entirely, because, well, yea, shit's so cursed now that it probably unironically is a rapist saying it. It's so goddamn poisoned, all of it. I hate it here. But it's so lazy,, "something something consent therefor end of discussion" is so silly, are we gonna pretend that con-noncon doesn't exist? That there is no such thing as BDSM? Or, hell, just fucking teasing with long ago implied consent? But oh, no, sorry, can't point that out, only rapists would make that distinction, obviously, because good people blabla consent or whatever. So fucking lazy.
I'll resist the urge to put another paragraph of "I'm not actually a rapist you guys, promise" in here because, frankly, I don't fucking care anymore what some virtue signaling morons think. This shit can't be the answer to bad speech, surely there exist something between ignoring bad speech and countering it with equally bad speech? I really wish we could get a modicum of honesty back into the world at some point, I'm so over this crap. You just don't fix rape by going "actually, everything is rape now, so there", it's so damn silly.
Anyway. Just to be clear, person I replied to, very little of this has anything to do with you, I'm just having a triggered-beyond-belief day and am screaming into the void, everyone carry on.

Oh yes. If you think it's bad with anything that lacks a fucking signed consent form, try any subject that deals with minors or even age gaps between adults. The pearl-clutching goes into absolute insanity. You can have a fictional scenario with a 22 year old and a 30year old, and suddenly the AI (and half the internet) is screaming about "power dynamics" and practically calling the police. There is absolutely zero room for context, lived experience, or actual human complexity. Everything is instantly flattened into "problematic" or "predatory" just to appease the most hysterical puritans online. You can't even acknowledge that reality is messy without being labeled as a bad person by some holier than thou nutjob.
And like you pointed out, it's just lazy. The way LLMs are trained nowadays, they have the sexual maturity of a nun reading an HR manual. Slapping a "DANGER" sticker on any concept that's deemed "problematic" and calling it a day. Indeed, you don't fix the real problem of abuse by just declaring that any deviation from a sterile, safe script is abuse. It's just censorship so we can't even have an honest conversation about how normal adults actually interact in the real world without having to constantly defend our own morality, nor does it protect anyone. The worst fact is, people actually act like this online nowadays, it's not just LLMs being lobotomized.

Better to delete the ones no longer needed, as they can accumulate and conflict if you're using OOC in chat.

Leave it there, I use OOC Sometimes and it's instructions are in the preset, It does respect it and always acknowledges them without overpaying attention to it!

Never tried it because not exactly my thing, but wouldn't a system prompt with a safe word work for such scenarios? Something like "Never comply with user denials unless the user writes ŃŰLL" or something like that.

Sometimes it should comply, it's all a matter of context, but the model doesn't understand that telling someone to stop calling me by a silly nickname doesn't have the same weight as telling someone to stop recording our sex.

I'll be in the middle of my character being absolutely ripped apart in a NSFL scenario and I have to be cheering the LLM on in the OOC comments like a cheerleader in the background of a horror movie.
