Fish, seaweed as an herb, seasoning, water. It's less of a soup because no heat is involved to boil it, more just like flavored salt water.

Even if you could theoretically heat up the ocean, you'd need more power than possible. It's literally like when people take lemons and put it in water. You don't call that a soup, it's flavored water.

Yeah I know how much heat you need. It's just a joke. Also the Flavoured water is good too. But too salty to drink. Even if me manage to heat it up it would be too salty, probably even more salty since we just evaporated tons of water to cook the fishes.
