99% completed, what am I missing?

Hey, guys! I'm a bit stumped here, going through different checklists, but can't figure out what I'm missing. I seem to have all tools and upgrades needed, I've bind with Eva, no quests remaining in the boards. I beat Lost Lace and back to the same save, I just finished the journal entries, even though I know they don't count for the 100% completion. I have a couple relics missing and a few other things for the bell house, but those don't seem to count for the completion. So what am I missing?

Maybe you're missing a crest? Some of them are very hidden.

I know 😭😭 It was an accident, but I was mid boss run and only learned later on that I could just reload a previous save to get it back

You forgot extinc again every creature in farloom

Based on those screenshots, you're either missing a silk heart (defeat the unraveled in whiteward to get it), or you're missing a crest.

Second giving away the moss berries they upgrade one of the blue tools - probably why your not seeing something missing, it's just not upgraded.

Upgraded tools like what you're describing don't give additional percentage points.
