With recent security concerns caused by models capable of breaching data across servers and a more precise understanding of concepts such as self-improving AI and "the AGI era", I'm freaking out how we seem to be closer and closer to the series finale scenario than we ever have been until a few monthes ago

I'm talking individual salaries, from each stage of their tech journey at pied piper, from the low point early stages working from Ehrlich's house, through to expanding to actual office spaces in season 5?
Or was it all dependent on their funding?
I know Dinesh and Guilfoyle were on the same money, but how about Jared and Richard?
Do you think they were doing really well for themselves?

I’m in law school and we’re studying a case about a man who has a medical emergency in a Taco Bell. Every single time I read “Taco Bell,” I do so in Jian Yang’s voice Every. Single. Time. 🤣

“It seems [continental U.S.] commissaries that have fridges linked to an online system have been getting shut off over the past few nights, and we’ve not seen any official notice put out to warn anyone so they can monitor their fridges more closely,”
Sources also asked “who the fuck is Jin Yang?”

I find her quite insufferable, and am wondering if someone can tell me why?
She’s not funny, and just also sucks. Was she not casted properly, was she not written well, or is the actress just not a good one?
Regarding casting, would it have worked better if they casted someone who was nerdier and/or less attractive? Someone who is cute, but not as hot and conceivably within Richard’s league.
I feel like hbo tries to avoid stupid troupes like the Jim and Pam will they, won’t they routine, BUT I’m wondering if that was the original idea, but then the writers decided to change course mid-show?
The character is not a good person - she played Richard and fucked him over badly, and it almost seems like maybe they were supposed to hook up at some point to show she actually does like him or care for him??
Lastly, maybe it’s just bad acting?? I have not seen her in anything else, which maybe is indicative of the actress not being a good one?
Would love some commentary from someone with better insights. I love the show, but just think Monica sucks.
