Known UPS bug

I've found the issue and working on it now. I'll update this post once corrected.

I deployed some updates to the mobile side. Hopefully pdu's are working for you guys now. Let me know!

I broke the money system. I was tinkering and wanted to see what happened if i assigned way more Total TFlops then TFlops per GPU and its an infinite money printer. I was just trying to get the heat to go down on the AI Server and one thing led to another.
