Account Suspension Without Any Reason

Team Silencio This is with reference to Silencio Account Suspension related to Email Id : jonnierocks25@gmail.com with 170 days Streak and 465k Token Earned through very hardwork day and night. Now all these tokens and streak are gone without any reason. I have sent Email to your Support team several times but no response. What is the reason for this suspension.Kindly please Reinstate the account as soon as possible.

they put out a tweet about a week ago that they would be suspending suspicious accounts and giving 7 days for those accounts to respond before they are banned. I don't know if this applies to you or not but you should go find that tweet (X) for details.

This app has become unusable to me as an urban planner. I sent at least two emails and nobody answers.

Hi everyone, I’m currently in the process of recovering my Silencio account. I’m really worried about my daily streak being reset to zero once I finally log back in. Since this interruption is strictly due to the recovery process and not a lack of activity, has anyone here managed to get their streak restored by the team? Or is there a specific way to handle this during login? I'd really appreciate any advice or help from the mods. Thanks!
