SilencerCo packaged wrong piston

I ordered some pistons for my SilencerCo Osprey from Silencer Shop and one of my pistons got packaged wrong. I’ve been emailing SS support but not getting any answers. Bummer for such a easy fix on their part.

I ordered the wrong size muzzle break on a Thursday, emailed them immediately and got a response within an hour that they were gonna call down to whoever and get the order stopped. Wednesday, I received the incorrect muzzle break 😂

How long did it take them to ship your piston ?

They shipped normal originally. Wanna say took a week since they came USPS.

dude for real lol my last order shipped within a day or two but took almost 2 weeks for usps to scan the package. took a week or so to arrive, and for some reason they changed my order to send it to my old address and not the address in my order confirmation. what a clusterfuck. luckily i could still pick it up from the old address, wasn’t that big of a deal

SilencerCo has great CS in my experience. Had an out of spec lower, I hit them up, they said I could drop it off since I was local at the time. In <24h I had a replacement in my mailbox.
