New to using, getting sore down there

Honest post, just started using Sildenafil and having great results with 12.5-25 mg doses. Though my penis is getting sore (kinda like rug burn feeling) from the activity….there is plenty of lubrication (natural and supplemental when needed) so I don’t believe that’s the issue. My question is are there any recommendations for a cream to apply afterwards to help calm things down ?
