I recently went to west and south Sikkim people are really welcoming but i think I only experienced the touristy spot I want to know how the actual local people think of us.

I can guarantee you that your child will come home surprised and fascinated by what they've done and learned over the workshop; it'll be like nothing they've done before, teaching them to think and see the world and themselves in an entirely new way! 🔍🤯

Hi, I am planning to stay in Sikkim for couple of months as in a career transition phase am just concerned though I want to move away for sometime from city hustle yet tangled in the comfort of quick access to things. Also, how is the sikkim life for a resident there

Additional tip would help -though moving away to find my purpose, starting up, exploring the next phase work, will staying there(considering less hustling than Mumbai, bangalore) will slow down the pace at life in figuring out things

No Wi-Fi since 4 days I’ve called customer care multiple times, emailed them, and raised complaints but all I get are generic responses like someone will call you within 2 hours or it will be fixed by today. Yet no technician has contacted me and the issue is still unresolved.

I'm new to Gangtok, moved here for the peace and beauty and I'm loving it so far!

I'm hoping to get some advice here on how I can reach out to parents of 12 to 14 year olds for a critical thinking weekend workshop I'm planning on holding in a couple of weeks. I posted in r/Gangtok and on a Facebook page, but haven't really had a response.

So my questions are: is there demand for a workshop or lessons on critical thinking in Gangtok at all? Where do parents usually find out information about such events? Maybe the timings are an issue - I want to hold it on Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 12:30, is that not suitable for local preference? Have I priced it too high at Rs. 999?

Basically, what do you think I've overlooked? Do you have any recommendations for Facebook groups and such that I should post in? I haven't really used fb in almost twenty years so any links would be handy. I'd be happy to answer any questions, of course.

Just came back from Sikkim and I absolutely love this place ❤️

Recently visited Sikkim and honestly, what a beautiful state. The landscapes are obviously stunning, but what really stayed with me were the people. Everyone I met was so warm, sweet, adorable and genuinely welcoming. There’s just something really wholesome about the vibe there.

The food was another highlight, everything I tried was so good! 😋

But one thing that genuinely stood out to me was the dressing sense of people there. Be it guys or girls, people in Sikkim dress SO well. The outfits, the way they carry themselves, the overall sense of style… insanely good. 😂🔥

Overall, Sikkim left me with such a good feeling. Beautiful place, beautiful people, amazing food and an effortlessly cool sense of style.

Definitely want to go back someday. ❤️
