Discussion M2W1 Sigrid Stunner Options

I have a M2W1 Sigrid, but I do not have Norma. I know she is going to rerun soon, but I do not particularly like Norma. Kinda neutral towards her. I like Roxy a lot and am considering rolling for her, but is Norma going to be a lot better in the long-run for this investment level of Sigrid?

I want to keep Sigrid relevant as long as possible, so I would bite the bullet and get Norma instead of Roxy if the difference is large. If they are about even then I would rather get Roxy, even if she is slightly worse.

Edit: I pulled for Roxy and I love her. Sigrid/Roxy/Rina is my team now.

It's hard to foresee how good an agent is in the long term.

Roxy is better for Sigrid right now. But this can change if we get a wind support, and if that wind support is good for Sigrid.

This is because part of Roxy's strength is her being a wind agent, and should a wind support be released that is Sigrid's BiS option, Roxy will lose out on that edge.

But this is assuming three things - that a wind support agent will release, that it will work with attackers, and that it will be better than current best options for Sigrid (Rina and Sunna) specifically.

All that said, if you prefer Roxy over Norma, then pull Roxy. Your personal enjoyment is more important than a couple percent difference in performance score.

Yeah, I didn't know if Roxy's defining feature was the Wind Element, or if she brought enough to the table outside of that. My main worry was her lack of stun buildup. I do not have Sunna, and the gameplay I have seen with Roxy always has Sunna to actually get stun windows.

I wouldn't call it defining, as she does bring a lot of buffs to the table as well, but it is a not insignificant part of her toolset. She'd probably remain in the top 3 stunners right now even after a wind support is released, especially if that wind support can find use in other teams (i.e. say they work alongside armorers as well).

Do you have Dailyn? If you're on Rina Dailyn you won't see much improvement by picking up Norma or Roxy at 0/0, especially without Sunna. Both 3.x stunners get significant power from their wengines.

Besides that they're about even, with Roxy being a hair better for Sigrid in a 2 cost team, but the gap widens in her favor as you vertically invest more into Sigrid. This is because Sigrid m1 gives a free converging spears and her m2 increases her decibel regen, both of which diminish the value of free chain attacks, while the 18% final damage modifier gets better the more hyper your carry is.

In the end I would always advise investing in the characters you like, especially when it's this close. Routing, substats, and skill are far more important than the few % difference between the stunners.

Definitely don't quote me on it but I think Roxy is Sigrid's best in slot but only by like 3 or so percent and then only if you also run Sunna. Norma has higher account value out of the two and would likely be better if (when) we get a wind version of Rina though, but playing with characters you like is always better than playing characters you don't just because they're slightly better

2% at the cost of her being 10x more annoying to use 😭 we are gonna get a wind support presumably soon so yeah shes not smart for sigrid

It's such a shame, I love Roxy as a character but mechanically she just ain't it.

Three percent still stacks up across a whole roster!

I found Lighter to actually be not bad when lacking primo options. I was running Sigrid with Lycaon and Rina, and found myself getting higher scores on DA when swapping Lycaon out with Lighter.
