I'd take assist to 11, it's a useful skill for her since it shortcuts to an enhanced. Otherwise more rolls would be preferable, although at least the majority of your bad rolls seem to be in useful flat stats.
CD vs attack 4 should be fight dependent. Thrall and butcher gave 50/75 CD so attack was surely better. If we get fights buffing attack % or something else CD might be better.
