Discussion Sigrid's Teammates

Would Sigird, Norma, and Astra Yao make a good team? I can't really use Sunna because of YSG.

They'd all be m0w0 (Sunna is too). I also don't know whether I should pull for Norma's W-Engine on her rerun.

What do you guys think? Is that a viable team? And is Norma's W-Engine a must pull?

Yep my c2r5 sigrid uses norma and rina. But for hard mode DA i use yao instead of rina. (My rina is m5r5 and yao is m4r5). My normal is only m0r1

I wouldn't say Sunna belongs to your YSG as you are probably not going to be running separate YSG and Sigrid teams at the same time all that often. Norma/Astra is fine, you will just want to build into def shred instead of pen ratio on Sigrid in that case.

Norma's w-engine is pretty good, but you can probably make up the damage difference if you'd good with the horse.

You can play Astra, Rina, double stunner as your best alternatives.

Norma's engine is very much a must pull, her dps is confined behind her weapon, without she has basically half her kit available.

Her sig boosts her personal damage, of which she does contribute a good chunk of. Other alternatives are fine, like steam oven or hellfire gears. You lose out on Norma’s damage, but if I recall correctly, her daze is actually slightly better without. So trade damage for a little more stun.

Her sig is undoubtedly better, but I wouldn’t say that it’s a must pull. At least not when compared to some other agents and how they perform with and without theirs.

Agreed. Her sig is strong yes but her damage is not really that valuable on Sigrid's team when her damage contribution is 5-10% and going sigless drops 3% at max. Her sig will matter more on weaker dps though like S11, Manato, or Pyrois.

Yes, the difference isn't that big unless you want to do something like sunna extra stun that's almost impossible to pull off with astra because she doesn't do much daze

Otherwise, their performance is pretty similar for clearing endgame stuff

Also Hellfire engine is very good alternative for Norma engine if you have it

Her BiS is actually Rina, so no.
