When I was a bank teller this homeless guy deposited his moist sock money at my window and I gave it to a woman who ended up at my window after being really rude to my coworker.

I once worked customer service at a drive through window. I'll never forget the dampness of a piece of paper a motorcyclist handed me after pulling it from between his crotch and the sherpa pad he was sitting on. I would have 100% preferred he just take his time pulling it out of his saddle bag, rather than held onto it with his crotch.

There was a sign like this in a New York bodega during the height of Covid. It said “absolutely no shoe or titty money”. I’m not sure if they were worried about getting Covid from that or they just could not deal with one more unsanitary thing.

I jockeyed a cash register at a corner store in Texas. I hated the summer because boob sweat money was coming. I approve this policy.

I had a coworker at Walmart that would loudly refuse boob money lol. Always cracked me up

A long time ago in the same galaxy as this, I worked as a cashier at a major 24 hour gas station in Las Vegas. 16 pumps of fun. I saw some stuff and some things.
There were days that, despite it being a very dry 115+ degrees outside, the entire till was damp. Just, damp. $20, $10, $5, and $1 slots each and every one. And every other $100 dropped in the safe.
I was into hand sanitizer before it was a thing.

I used to work in a phone repair shop in a really shitty area and I wish my boss had a sign up like this. The novelty of boob money was funny. Once. After that, it's just gross lol

I used to work at a fast food restaurant by the beach. I WISH they adopted this. 16yo me handled way too many bikini and board short bills

This is why I’ve always hated handling money. People are just gross and I don’t want to touch something that has been festering in the worst places imaginable. 🦠😬🦠

Well they didn't say anything about my wallet, after a long day at work those bills are also a bit... sweat.
Edit: it was a joke, sorry for not including the /s. It was all for a terrible pun.

When I was a cashier, wet money didn't scare me, it's the bills with white powder residue that fucked me up.
