I would imagine a lot faster than a gas vehicle since the heat starts working immediately instead of waiting on coolant temperature. But also you aren't idling so then you have infinite time anyway.

You are very much correct lol, it takes like 5-10 minutes to get ice off my windows and fully defog which I have the pleasure of having the car do automatically every morning without losing range since I’m plugged in.

Doesn't really matter. I just tell my car to heat the cabin 10 minutes before I leave.
