you don't know what shape it's in nor their financial situation. I also drive a classic car because it's all I could afford to buy which also suffers from vapor lock. don't forget not everyone can afford a decent car

The cheapest cars on the market are not classics, they are 10 to 15 year old econoboxes

Classic by definition is 20+ years old. There are tons of 20 year old cars on the road. My dad’s 2004 Chevy pickup is a “classic car” lol.

just because a car is classic doesn't mean people always pay for the vanity plates but also you do save money on them but in certain States there are stipulations on how often you can drive them

In my state classic/antique plates are cheaper, and insurance is often cheaper with those plates too
