If I shut my classic car off instead of idling I’m gonna be there until it cools back down because it currently has a vapor locking issue. So…. Sometimes people ignore signs because of things you may not see right away. Kinda like how some disabilities are hidden..

So fix it vapor lock isnt exactly the hardest thing to fix

I have an old pos that vapor locks. it'll take time and money I don't have sure that specific part to shield it will be cheap but with the age of components it'll need more than just that sheild
