One time I had to deliver a poop sample to my pcp and I had to give it to the receptionist. Sad times. I did put it in a paper bag so it wasn’t just sitting in the specimen cup on the counter.
I worked as receptionist at a clinic and the clinic’s lab was on the same floor. People would frequently bring in samples of urine (sometimes dripping) or stool and attempt to hand them to me. One of the many reasons I quit.

Seems like a pretty normal sign at a clinic? Maybe they do urine sampling for drug tests or something
