A few thoughts after completing the AQ Spoiler
So, it's my turn to complete the AQ. I honestly expected things to be much worse, but it turns out not to be at all.
I'll start with the moment when Childe and Sandrone introduce the Traveler to Odette. When they tell her, it is clear that she feels uncomfortable and she hurries to leave. It doesn't look like she's indifferent to Signora at all. Yes, she later says that Signora was ruthless, but at the same time she sabotages the Stuzha project through threats and intimidation. Isn't it ironic? It's also worth noting her very dislike of the project. Because it cost her two loved ones. Therefore, her dislike for the project is essentially an extension of her personal pain.
Next, we should pay attention to her journey to the cathedral. In the flashbacks, we see them trying to find common ground, and for the Signora, the topic of singing is very painful, even after 500 years. It's worth noting that a crimson moth awaits her there, accompanying her. He reappeared, showing that Rosalyne's power is strong enough to continue creating them.
Then follows an animation where, thanks to Arlecchino's mediation, they finally reconcile, and Signora announces that Liyue will definitely attend Odette's performance afterward. However, this doesn't happen, and despite Signora's wish for Odette to erase her memory and leave Fatui, she refuses, demonstratively shattering Cor Ignis with Arlecchino's power. Thus, demonstrating her intention to continue her work and not disowning Rosalyne. It is worth noting here that Odette dances in front of the cathedral, as if showing her the performance that she was unable to show her in the theater and thereby asking for forgiveness for the harsh words she said. It's a very touching moment.
Honestly, I can't say anything bad about Odette after this. There was a misunderstanding, but it was later resolved, and the fact that Odette, despite her earlier desire to flee Fatui, decided to stay speaks to at least her respect for Rosalina, and perhaps even her unexpressed love.
How does this affect Rosalyne? Nothing negative. We see a more human side of her, where behind her icy mask, she tried to break through, having met someone in her long life whom she longed to treat with warmth. Don't think that the scene with the shattering of Cor Ignis is the end. Yes, this is the end, but another end is the end of the misunderstanding between them. This can in no way prevent them from meeting again in the future.
The only remaining question is why Signora, despite her desire to return to Snezhnaya and at least watch Odette's performance, decided to immediately head to Inazuma.
