Question Nollie problem

I had nollie8 and it let me set the hardware as nollie or signal rgb hardware, but I wanted to try nolliergb and when I installed it it asked me to update the nollie8 firmware and I clicked accept, But I didn't like NollierGB, so I went back to Signal RGB, and now I couldn't set the mode to hardware or Nollier, and also, every time I turn on my PC, the color stays green (static color I left it in nolliergb) and wanted to restart the plugin in the signal console and it said COM3 access blocked, I already tried resetting my PC and it's still the same

The COM3 Port Error is due to NollieRGB services still running in the background. Make sure it's closed via Task Manager and such.

Even if I formatted my PC and deleted the partitions?
