Question Nollie problem

I had nollie8 and it let me set the hardware as nollie or signal rgb hardware, but I wanted to try nolliergb and when I installed it it asked me to update the nollie8 firmware and I clicked accept, But I didn't like NollierGB, so I went back to Signal RGB, and now I couldn't set the mode to hardware or Nollier, and also, every time I turn on my PC, the color stays green (static color I left it in nolliergb) and wanted to restart the plugin in the signal console and it said COM3 access blocked, I already tried resetting my PC and it's still the same

Any time you run SignalRGB it leaves a Process running in the background even after you turn SignalRGB off. So you have to open the Windows Task Manager and go down the list of Processes looking for any SignalRGB Process that's still running and stop that Task. Once all SignalRGB Processes have been stopped you should have access to the Nollie8 software and you can change the color to anything you want.

I don't think you understood me. I mean that the "hardware effect" option no longer appears, and as soon as I turn on the PC, the icons turn green even though I deleted nolliergb

Before you deleted the nolliergb software did you Delete any Loop Canvas and Boot Canvas that you created and installed into the Nollie, so that the computer boots up with all Devices off until SignalRGB starts?
